The magnetic clutch is a new type of clutch that transmits the torque through the magnetic force without contact.

She works e.g. in seal-free magnetic pumps that transport easily volatile, flammable, explosive or toxic solutions without loss.

The special design of the magnetic coupling solves the problem of leaks that arise with radial seals of mechanically coupled drive pump systems.

Depending on the type, the transmissible torque of these couplings lies

(Series 1) between 0.1 Nm - 50.0 Nm,
(Series 2) between 3.0 Nm - 120.0 Nm,
(Series 3) between 3.0 Nm - 400.0 Nm.
The transferable forces of the drives can thus be precisely metered.
The magnetic couplings are used in various branches of industry:

Chemistry, paper, food, pharmacy, etc.
They consist of an outer and inner rotor and an insulating containment shell.
